DD Freedish inviting applications for allotment of reserved Bucket R1 slots (Devotional Channels)

Bucket-R1-Devotional Update

As you know DD Freedish recently created a bucket for Devotional TV channels and reserved 3 slots for devotional/spiritual satellite channels, including channels promoting Yoga, Ayurveda, Health & Wellness.

DD Freedish viewers are demanding devotional channels on Doordarshan freedish platform.

So interested devotional/spiritual satellite channels licensed by the Ministry of I&B can apply for the allocation of these reserver slots on pro-rata basis for the interim period from 15.04.2019 to 31.05.2019.

The allocation of slots shall be done as per amended policy guidelines (Clause (r)
of Annexure-2 of amended policy guidelines)

Interested Channels are requested to submit their applications along with
requisite documents and demand drafts/fee on or before 11.04.2019 latest by
1:00 p.m. E-auction, if required, will be held on 12.04.2019
