DD India channel is now available on DD Free dish DTH in HD picture quality. The channel has been converted from standard definition to High definition.
DD Freedish India's only free satellite TV service provider has added another HD channel for viewers across the country.
The channel is available in MPEG-2 technology, this is the first time an HD channel has been added in MPEG-2 frequency.

But it is required more brandwidth than DVB-S2 technology.
Now a total of two HD TV channels is available in DD Free dish including DD National HD and DD India HD.
